2025: A Year In Review
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to look back on another year of steady growth, strong partnerships, and the kind of teamwork that defines Low Voltage Solutions.
This year, we continued to invest in our people by welcoming four new team members in the office, strengthening our project leadership and business development efforts:
Jeff Bock, CTS – AV Project Manager
Jim Stoltman – Project Manager
Shawn Yates – Project Manager
Kathy MacIntosh – Business Development Manager
Each brings valuable experience and perspective, helping us better support our field teams and deliver consistent results for our customers.
2025 was also a year to pause and recognize the long-term commitment that makes LVS more than just a workplace. Michael Albano, our CAD Manager and trusted expert in closeouts, celebrated 15 years with the company. A milestone that speaks to reliability, craftsmanship, and pride in doing things the right way. In the field, we were proud to celebrate 10-year anniversaries for Steve Johnson, Don Klima, and Kevin Rey. Their leadership, technical skill, and dedication continue to shape the quality of work LVS is known for.
Throughout the year, our teams took on projects that required collaboration, flexibility, and trust:
A large-scale DAS installation for Plainfield School District, completed through close coordination with the district to meet critical communication needs
Hollywood Casino, a fast-paced project delivered on a tight timeline
Chicago Fire’s new Performance Center, completed in partnership with Vader Electric
An ongoing fire alarm system design upgrade at the iconic Medinah Country Club
Several data center projects across the region that are carrying momentum straight into 2026
As we look ahead, 2026 is already shaping up to be another busy and exciting year. We’re preparing for continued growth in the data center market, focused on structured cabling and security systems, along with upcoming renovations for Joliet Township High School District, the Lake Forest Police Station, and projects with the City of Crest Hill.
While December is often a quieter month in construction, we’re grateful to be closing out the year with full schedules and strong opportunities ahead. That momentum is a direct result of the dedication of our team, the trust our customers place in us, and the collaboration of our partners.
From our LVS family to yours, thank you for being part of our journey this year. We wish you a safe, happy holiday season and continued success in the year ahead.
